A friend of mine ran his first stage rally this year, (Idaho Rally) and rolled on Stage 2, what a chump, huh? (Just kidding, Jeff. :) ) Anyway, anytime I'd throw out a line on facebook for ideas, he'd never relent on his crash/roll, and finally I got so sick of hearing that same suggestion, I just caved. But caved with a vengeance!
The reason it's titled, 'R4 Over Crest' is that is what the stage notes read where he went off. It should have read: 'R4 Over Crest Caution Off-Camber.' But anyway, we all have our crash excuses.
Also, rally cars do not have jets or ejection seats, nor do they create an atomic explosion upon crashing. That would make the sport way too amazing for people to even wrap their minds around and the universe would collapse on itself.
